Return and Refund and Duty Policy
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that returns are only available for ready-to-wear products. Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order, bespoke, custom, and other non-ready-to-wear items are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Choose options
In 2025, Catherine, Princess of Wales presented Patrick McDowell with the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design. Just over a year later, she wore a bespoke adaptation of one of the house’s existing coat-dresses to the Order of the Garter service at Windsor Castle. The design retained its angular lapels, sculpted waist and elegant hip pockets, but was reimagined in a pale honey shade for the occasion. The royal edition was made from an English rose silk damask developed with Stephen Walters, Britain’s oldest silk mill.
