We understand that bodies change over time, and you may wish to pass your Patrick McDowell pieces on to a family member or loved one. That's why we offer repair, refit or redesign services whenever the time is right for you. This circular approach reflects our commitment to conscious consumption, helping to keep garments in circulation for longer.

Patrick McDowell pieces are cut in UK sizes 4–18. All measurements below are body measurements, in centimetres.

Finding your fit

We understand that bodies change over time. If you are between sizes, or would like guidance on the fit of a particular piece, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise. Our repair, refit and redesign services are always available whenever the time is right for you.

Shipping

Patrick McDowell offers worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs are covered by the Patrick McDowell team.

Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the client.

These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Return and Refund and Duty Policy

We accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Please note that returns are only available for ready-to-wear products. Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order, bespoke, custom, and other non-ready-to-wear items are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
