Our Creative Director, Patrick, received the Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design, presented by HRH The Princess of Wales, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Patrick has been recognised for their work building a new and more dynamic sustainable business model, as well as for their London Fashion Week shows. They have dressed some of the world’s most exciting, emerging and established talent, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Lady Gaga, and Keira Knightley, and has been featured in the pages of Vogue, Forbes, WWD, and The Guardian to name a few.

Our collections are crafted from materials that are kinder to the planet and in ways that keep our makers and our clients in mind. We make-to-order pieces that fit and suit you perfectly.
Designed and made in London, we work with the best artisans and cutters to create special collections from the finest materials. Each garment is made available in a limited quality and individually numbered.
We understand that over time bodies change, or you may wish to pass your Patrick McDowell pieces to a family member, which is why we offer a repair and refit services whenever the time is right for you.​
